A-820 Control 36 Black Knob
This product comes wrapped up in about a 10 circle for ease of shipping. The problem is the center wire has taken a set to a curved shape, the center wire must be pulled out of its flex-wire shroud and straightened by hand before installing in the aircraft.
A-820 Control 36 Black Knob
A very well made product, looks like it will last for very long time. Very pleased with this unit.

The flexible housing is approx. 5-3/8" from the panel mounting point. The cable can be cut at that point, but you will need to cut longer than the 5-3/8" for the inner cable to attach it to to part / bellcrank.
The approximate weight of this control is 0.7 lbs.
The housing has a 1/4" O.D. and the inner wire is .078".
The A820 requires a 1/2" hole in the panel to secure the knob end of the cable to the panel.
The Cable Safe, P/N:05-16250, or Cable Safe II, P/N: 05-16252, can be used with an A-820 cable.
It is 36" from the panel mounting point to the tip.
