The dimensions of the switch faceplate is approximately 1-1/4" x 3/4". Total depth of switch from top of switch to bottom of terminal is approximately 1-1/2". These are 12V / 20 amp switches. They are intended to be used as ON-OFF switches only, not designed for ON-ON.
