Works just as it is described to work.
Oil Filter Wrench
This wrench was perfect for my RV - far better than any of my box wrenches or sockets which did not fit the available space.
Oil Filter Wrench
Perfect fit. Works like a charm. Would be nice if the center to center measurement was etched on the tool to facilitate torque calculations.
Not the cheapest but works very well! Using this wrench ( which fits the 1 filter nut just right as some do not) makes it easy to remove or tighten the oil filter with ease. I like that I can use a 3/8 or 1/2 ratchet for just the right length in a tight spot. I should have bought this one years ago.
I just started flying my RV-7A a while back and my first oil change was an eye opening experience. It took me 2 hours to replace the oil filter. And even then I still wasn’t certain it was torqued properly. When I got this tool I was able to check the torque, literally, in two minutes. Makes changing the oil filter a simple quick process. The hardest part now is safety wiring the new filter. I’ve bought several Anti-Splat products over the years and they have all been the highest quality and they perform exactly as advertised. Thank you!
Quality wrench.I will bend slightly to make it work--not for A/C use--using on a boat. A/C Spruce good folks to do business with as you can buy just the quantity you need of anything.
Rough finish I was unable to insert 3/8 craftsman breaker bar into slot without filing first.
