Reviews

As others have said, this spinner is a direct replacement for a PA28-140. It fit perfectly with no having to tweak or muscle anything into place. There was no stamp on the inside stating it fits a PA28-140, but it does. Not only that, the part number (14422) is the same as shown in the Piper parts catalog. It came well packaged, and I am very happy with it. Recommend AS update their catalog to show it is applicable to the PA28-140.

The spinner mounted on my Piper PA 28 160 with the requisite manipulations. Ive not flown with it so no information on that. However, I hope it to last at least 10 years w/o cracking. That is what I got out of the old one I purchased from Piper some years ago. The spinner came on time and was packaged very well. There were a few scratches on it suggesting attempts at past use had occurred but nothing serious or damaging. Thank you, Spruce for your Great Service! now and these 25 years owning my Piper.

Q: What are the dimensions of the spinner cone, the front and back plates and what prop hub thickness will this accept?

Both backplates are 11-7/8", the u14426-000 front plate is 10-3/8", the u64336-000 dome is 11-7/8". The prop hub thickness would depend on the engine and prop.
