Q: What size ball does the replacement suction cup have?

This size of the ball is specific to the Garmin mounts for the Area 500, Nuvi, and Street Pilots GPS's.

Q: Regarding the GARMIN AERA 500 SERIES SUCTION MOUNT: What is the diameter of the suction cup (to see if it will fit my existing dash mounting disc)?

The diameter of this suction cup is approximately 2-3/16".

Q: Is this suction mount strong enuf for my aera 510 in my arrow? Or do I need a stronger suction like Ram?

Both this unit and the single Ram suction have the roughly the same hold strength. To add strength, you would need the Ram double suction mount.
