The flattener does not come with catalyst. You will need to purchase more catalyst if required. Aerothane top coat normally will come with the required catalyst on the order.
The epoxy primer should already be flat. This is only approved for use with enamel, ranthane, and aero-thane.
It is used in addition to the recommended thinner for the top coat being used.
