I replenish this item every 6 mos or so and Aircraft Spruce service is terrific: always fast and efficient, so that I dont have to hold a perishable shelf life product in long term storage in my shop. I relay on Aircraft Spruce for a wide range of products and place orders 12 to 15 times a year for everything from avionics to hardware.
OK
Great service,and great product.
Highly recommended. Using this to prime an aluminum airframe before fabric covering. Attended an EAA fabric covering workshop and this was recommended. Immersion treat in BONDERITE C-IC 33 AERO, then BONDERITE M-CR 1001 AERO, then this primer. This does a fantastic job and the metal is good to go for the life of the plane.

Per the Poly Fiber how to manual, one gallon of catalyzed, and reduced, material will cover 1000 sq ft, one coat.
The primer, part A, has a 4 year shelf life, and the catalyst, part B, has a 2 year shelf life, per the Poly Fiber How To Manual.
Yes, that will work.
No it can only be ordered in white or green.
Per the vendor, these are solvent based so the temp should not effect the product.
Per the Poly-Fiber manual, this is for metal surfaces.
