Q: Is the SA187 a rebuildable drain? If so, what o-ring kit should be used?

It is rebuildable and it uses oring MS29513-005.

Q: What O-ring is used to install the drain in the tank with this Saf-Air SA187 valve?

This does not require an oring between the drain and the tank.

Q: What is the difference between 05-00970 and 05-00974? They look identical. Thanks

Per the vendor, The SA187 has a smaller and thinner hex on the bottom of the valve. That is the difference between the two valves.
