DON’T BUY! They used to support this product but now they won’t respond to calls. Lots of problems with this whole system. For one thing it uses your phone connection to operate. Can’t rely on it and it goes offline frequently

If you do not have internet service in your hangar and are going with the 4G solution, you will need to pay for monthly 4G cellular service to keep the system online. However, if you already have internet service in the hangar, you can use the Hardwire Hub (Part# 11-19044)instead and leverage the existing internet connection.
