Overview

Imagine the best spot weld removal tool you can. It would have to drill out spot welds quickly and be able to remove spot welds without drilling through both panels. It would have to be easy to start, without a center punch and not walk around the panel. It would have to have a long lasting drill bit. Well you've just imagined the HTP Spot Mill.

This unique tool has a hardened cobalt steel bullet point drill bit. It's actually more like a bit found in a Bridgeport milling machine. The depth of cut is set by turning the adjusting ring, so you can set the tool to only cut through the upper panel. The high torque, low RPM drill motor cuts out spot welds quickly, without overheating the drill bit which results in long drill life. Best of all, with the HTP Spot Mill, you can remove spot weld without having to access both sides of the panel. You know what a problem spot weld removal is. The HTP Spot Mill solves that problem quickly, easily and efficiently. The HTP Spot Mill - the spot weld removal tool you've been waiting for.

HTP Spot Mill includes: A rugged molded case, 4 replacement cutting bits, regulator and oiler.
