Works well when correctly adjusted. However, there are no instructions or pictures that came with it and it took a moderate amount of trial and error to determine (1) The pedal -end arms needed to be removed, clocked and re-inserted (using an appropriately sized Allen key, which was not included) before they could be adjusted into position and (2) The pedal end appears to be designed to slip around the rudder pedal shafts under the pedals - not the pedals themselves. When properly adjusted and secured to the appropriate part of the pedals, it holds the controls securely on my Aerostar.
