Drop in, plug and play replacement that worked perfectly on installation. Longer than expected order lead-time but the impact of COVID is playing havoc with supply chains.

Datcon Hour Meter # 56458-4

September 28, 2021

Ordered two meters placed on bench with precision power supply at 14 Vdc to advance to specific hour readings. First meter quit at 850 hours second at 1175 hours. Units continue to operate electrically as the once every six second clicks continue. Units stop advancing mechanically as both progress wheels and counter drums stop moving. Vendor now saying they dont work on 12 Vdc even though unit label says they will. This is third and fourth time Ive had this brand/model meter fail in the exact same way. There is a systemic fault in their design. I would avoid using them.
