These are perfect for our project. We elected for the non-countersunk version. It is important to know what length of fastener to order along with these though. I suggest ordering a few different lengths to allow for some options.

The rivet spacing is 3/4" from center hole to center hole on the unit.
Regarding 214-16N, this would take a plain rivet for the mounting holes. For P/N# 214-16ND, this would use a countersunk (CSK) rivet for the mounting holes. The mounting holes are laid out differently for the type of rivet it requires.
The rivet spacing is 1" +/- .003" .
Per the vendor certs, this meets TSO C148.
You would just need to measure the total material thickness.
