Easy to install. I had new door plastic installed a few years ago so I didnt have the cutout for the holder. The kit comes with a pattern for both sides. Fairly intuitive. Used a Dremel tool to make the cut. Took about 45 minutes total time. Now I have a convenient place for my pens.
