Just what i needed to get the ipad off of my yoke. Fit perfectly in the front window corner near the copilot side of my 1966 Cessna172. Articulates to the window curve and holds my 10.2 Ipad with no problem. One suggestion, i also bought a RAM short arm to go with it, but tightening down the arm is a bit tough with the recessed ball. I ended up using my medium RAM arm and positioning it into the ball groove of the mount so it could move further back toward the window.
Can’t have this fail, and it did. I went to tighten the wing nut, and it fell apart in my hand. I’m not a strong person. It broke and you can see inside the plastic there are air pockets, where the nut broke. I asked for a replacement and sent pictures of the broken pieces, and to their credit, they sent the replacement immediately- except they sent the wrong part.
