These are Cad plated Copper (good stuff). Take a look at the specification sheet before ordering. One of the great things about these bus bars are the pre-drilled holes at a diameter and standard spacing as show in the specification sheet link on the product page. For typical Klixon breakers 3/4 spacing works very well so the dash 4 bar is great. There are blank bus bars available elsewhere on the ACS site so if that is what you want order those instead of these. If you lay out a panel with the typical hole spacing (like 3/4 example) for your breakers or switches these bus bars save a lot of time and keep things lined up perfectly both front and back of the panel.
Appears to work. No problems so far
The only reason I give it 3 stars is because it comes predrilled and the holes do not line up for my application, I had to drill new holes and widen some that were 1/16 - 1/8 off center. These bus bars would be much better sent un-drilled as each installation Im sure is different. Surely the manufacturer would save money by not drilling them up. they are soft and easily drilled where needed. Otherwise it worked great, did not need longer screws unless you were adding wire ferules in addition to the bar.
Holes are too large to be useful for anything.
