These bi-metallic single pole breakers weigh less than 2 oz. and are especially suitable for homebuilt aircraft. Used as original equipment in Beech, Cessna and Piper aircraft. Maximum operating voltages: 32 VDC and 250 VAC (to 400 Hz).

Q: Which Tyco Circuit breakers are screw terminals, and which are .25 QC?

The Tyco Circuit breakers are .250” QC which is the standard for aviation circuit breakers.

Q: How do you tell which terminal is the load side and which side is the line side on the Tyco W58 series breakers?

This series does not have a line vs load side in regards to the terminals. Orient the switches with the amp value reading right side up.

Q: What hole size is required for the Tyco W58 breakers?

Per the specification sheet the hole size is 0.470 to 0.480 diameter.
