The pushbutton switches can be replaced with four different style toggle switches. Featuring the same comfortable foam grip as the G2 Series, the switch module is stylish with improved ergonomics.

Installation is simple as all G4 grips come pre-wired with 2 feet (60cm) of color coded, Teflon insulated, 24 gauge wire leads.

All Ray Allen G4 Stick Grips are designed to fit 1" diameter control sticks. Two spacers are included with each grip enabling easy installation on 3/4” and 7/8” control sticks. Reviews

I purchased these because they are pre-wired, which fit my lack of skills in soldering. These are easy to install, and if you have a stick that the grip needs to slide onto (versus mounting on top of stick), this is a great choice. The grip has buttons designed from pitch and roll trim, obviously the PTT on the front, and two additional buttons that can be used for whatever functions you desire. It comes with labeling that includes all sorts of potential functions you may use the buttons for, including Smoke.
