All of these switches can be used in a 24 Volts system. Another key aspect to consider for proper switch selection is the current of the system, if the current is less than 250 mA, then the Gold plate option should be selected, otherwise the Silver/Gold Flash can be used. If the system current is unknown, then the Gold Plate version can be used for both low and high current systems.
This is a momentary switch and does not have a middle position.
