Qhat i need at a. Affordable price
I used a MS21919 - WDG22 clamp to secure the Over-voltage Relay V1510A.
Sensor appears to work as it is suppose to.
I gave 5 stars as the V11100 appears as advertised. I presume it works, however there is no easy way of testing the overvoltage sensing aspect. I installed the Zeftronics to replace an older Electrodelta that while still apparently working OK, was showing black marks on its out case. I first assumed the black marks were from the Adel clamp I used to secure the Electrodelta but eventually decided that perhaps something bad was happening internally. The Zeftronics V11100 overvoltage sensor could be the same unit internally as the equivalent Electrodelta except that the V11100 is covered in a sort of rubbery outer covering material that makes it a larger diameter than the Electrodelta. What I am saying is that this covering would likely have obscured the black markings such as were evident on the Electrodelta. As such, I am not certain this is for the better, hence I wondered why the additional covering. Also you need a larger sized Adel clamp for the Zeftronics than for the Electrodelta. (ACS might perhaps make available a suitable sized Adel clamp for each of the overvoltage sensors.) Not that it really matters, the wire gauge of the three wires from the Zeftronics was at least a gauge lighter than the Electrodelta. I generally like heavier gauge wires on this sort of small item as it makes the squeeze on crimp on ring connectors more certain. I must complement Zeftronics on providing paper wiring drawings and instructions re installation plus repeating the colour code wiring hookup on the body label of the Overvoltage Sensor. The provided serial number and weight, (0.2 lb), was a class provision but given the cost, I guess that info is not too much to expect, and well in order.
