These English fuel caps are used on most of the worlds 'super cars' and bikes, and some series production aeroplanes. They are beautifully made in forged and bright anodized aluminum. The high precision and easy to operate mechanism is very secure and non vented. They are designed to keep the fuel in and the water out.
The lock is there to ensure that your tank is free from contaminants. Aero caps are used on CAP, Cirrus, Diamond, Lancair Columbia, Lancair kits, Nemesis, Vans, Velocity and many more aircraft. Cap assemblies come complete with cap, gasket,
and flanges as ordered. Two keys come with the locking version. Fixing can be by rivet, bolt, weld or glass in as appropriate. These are flush caps of outstanding quality which are ideal for virtually any homebuilt aircraft. Order the attach ring separately as needed. The 300 Series is 3-3/4" OD opening 1-3/4", 6 hole 3" pcd. C37 fits 2” and 2.25” Hoses.
Caps for fuselage and wing tanks. For separate fuselage and wing tanks, we offer a screw-in flange to fit a 2.25 this has a 1" thread. This gives a flush fitting outside the skin, avoiding doors and internal spillage. Ideal for all wooden airplanes (e.g. Falco). Good for smoke oil tanks. |

The threaded g/s flange with this fuel cap is 2 5/16 diameter and is a UNC thread with 18 tpi.
You must mention you need matching keys at the time of the order of two caps. We can check stock, and if we do not have any that match, we will have to special order.
