Overview

We offer a revolutionary new molded seal for Beech aircraft doors and windows using a special hybrid rubber compound. The new seals provide air tight as well as water tight doors and windows. In addition they also greatly reduce the cabin noise level making flying even more enjoyable.

These seals have been under development, testing, and FAA approval, are molded (in tooling specifically designed for aircraft) to fit on the door of your plane and are superior to any seal on the market. The new seals come in complete kits and are available at a fraction of the cost of OEM seals.

These seals are FAA-PMA certified for Beech, Cessna, Mooney and Piper (un-pressurized with reciprocating engines) aircraft.

K2U Beech Front Entry Door Seal 33 35 36 55 58 59

September 18, 2022

Installed as per instructions. Let seal warm tô temp over night. Installed in my Bonanza in a warm heated hanger. Door kept opening inflight. Had to remove and install another type of seal. Worst $200.00 I have spent. Dont waste your money or time. Very bad product. However the hinge seals are very nice and recommend the hinge seals

Q: Do I need a cleaner and glue to install this door seal and if so what part number?

Just make sure where you attach the seal and where you apply the sealant is clean. There is no special cleaner that must be used. You can use Part # 09-01361 for your adhesive.

Q: Is this a kit, or are there other things I need to purchase to install this? (Remover, adhesive, etc). What’s the best way to remove the old “gunk”?

You could use 09-01361 for adhesive. We do not have a recommended cleaner to remove the old glue but a generic residue remover should work.
