Works like a charm, but watch out when inserting this clamp through harder metals, the thread on the aluminum housing is very easily damageable - after that the nut will not thread on. It also should cost $2, not $17

Per the supplier: 6061 aluminum with a steel lock nut.
No, this will not work as the Bowden Cable Clamps are made for 3/16" and 7/32" OD cable housing while the A-820 is a 1/4" OD cable housing.
