The parts arrived in a reasonable time considering the Covid crisis. The packaging was well done and the parts arrived in good condition. I used these Dzus draw latches to package an air filter element and they worked perfectly and i am pleased with the results. I appreciate the good service and products from Aircraft Spruce and i will shop here again.
Normal, outstanding service!
I ordered this for our Taylorcraft. Unfortunately it is too small to be a good fit.It will be used for something else. Good quality.
First time purchaser at this website and happy to recommend to others. The price was very reasonable, the product was better than I anticipated and the whole purchase experience was not unlike using Amazon i.e. the shipping was notified and the part arrived very quickly in good packaging. Im a satisfied customer.
These are well made. A good value for the price. When mounting, make sure you get it to go solidly over center. The latch strike needs to be low, ideally lower than the draw point on the latch. Installed some of these and the larger Dzus cowl latch #TL800G. That one is beefier, and has a larger set of cross-pin holes. I can safety it down with a four-inch cable tie. These smaller ones have a set of cross-pin holes but youll need safety wire to do the job, which slows things down if youre into and out of the latched door frequently.
