The V3 valve is a development of V1 with a simple return system tapped 1/8” NPT for standard AN-4 or other pipe fittings.
It has been used as a return for trapped air or low volume fuel from carburettors, it is not suitable for most current fuel injection systems. There may be some cross feed on the return as it is a very simple drum valve for low pressures and volumes. The main valve uses the range of special SPRL pipe fittings, see the accessories tab for details. Available as –3P (3 Port) with LEFT-RIGHT-OFF or –4P (4 Port) with LEFT-RIGHT-BOTH-OFF positions. Note: The main valve comes with 3 AN-6 male adaptors, see "Accessories" tab for other available fittings. Must use Newton fittings. Standard AN Fittings do not fit except on the return system. Rotax

V3-4-P-C Newton Sprl Valve
hi, l designed V3 a long time ago, and, at the time it was a low cost solution to the duplex valve market, better than the alternative. We will look at the Spruce text again later but 1/8 npt lines are outdated and give the clue that return is limited. Rotax demand -6 both ways for all their engines and generally fuel pumps run at pressures that defeat the simple drum valve on V3. Our current V9 and V10 are appropriate for most engines and return systems with the unique V10 offering overpressure protection on closedown. RV
The return ports on this valve are tiny. As fuel injected engines can return a majority of fuel sent, I am not sure these ports can handle the volume. The listing should be clear about this.

Yes, all the fittings listed as accessories will fit both valves.
Yes the V3 comes with 3 x AN6 fittings for the supply side. The return is tapped 1/8npt so you can use standard AN fittings, you don't need special Newton branded fittings.
