Was a direct replacement for original solenoid no longer sold by Cessna. Installed the solenoid on my gear pump for my 1976 Cardinal RG with no problems or issues. Tested several times then went flying and gear pump activated perfectly.

So far, so good. Approved for many Cessna aircraft per either SEL-24-02 or MEL-24-02.

I thought I needed a new battery, turns out the old starter solenoid was bad. When I installed the new high dollar Lamar Solenoid, the starter worked better than ever. Like they say, it costs more, because it's worth it.
