PowerAll Systems manufactures two options of the TEWS products, the TW60 and the TW60AT.
Both units are with hard-line plumbing and bulkhead fittings for durability and come with two, five-gallon fluid tanks and 25 ft. of hose. Fluid can be diverted from either tank, Solution or Water, with a valve on the faceplate of the unit. A pressure regulator and gauge allow for pressures ranging from 0-60 PSI which allows for use with a variety of aircraft engine manufacturers whose maintenance specifications for compressor and turbine wheel washes fall within these parameters. The TW60 utilizes shop air as its source. It is widely considered within the aircraft maintenance industry that regular engine washes greatly improve engine efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and extend engine life The TW60 and TW60AT Turbine Engine Wash Systems (TEWS) are designed for use in the hangar or on the ramp. |
