The ACS Twist-To-Lock Flush Fuel Cap Assy is machined from 6061 aluminum billet. The cap is available in vented and non-vented configurations. The sealing element for the cap is an easily replaceable viton "O" ring. The bottom of the cap is secured to the bottom of the ring by a safety chain to prevent loss of the cap during flight. The mounting ring may be welded, riveted, bolted or molded onto the tank.

I used a pair of these to replace the fuel caps on aluminum semi truck tanks. The mounting ring welded right in with no issue and the cap is solid. Very impressed with the quality. You may want to keep a larger wrench or some kind of forked tool with you to unscrew these the cutouts on either side of the center section of the cap arent much past fingertip depth, making it tough to get enough grip/leverage to get the cap started turning

Very nicely made. Havent welded it yet to see how the aluminum welds- I dont anticipate any issues. it looks to be a nice piece of kit and I like the way the latching system works.
Nice Solid CNC machined aluminum Fuel cap, Great looks and action. Also includes inverted vent check valve for safety. Great price for Made in USA item!

Quality cap but a bit awkward to figure out how to take on and off. Easy once you figure it out but dont let line guys do it. I like that it is flush and of high quality materials.
