Formulated to be heat resistance and maintain good gloss and color retention. For use in the painting of engine crank cases and cylinders, after major overhaul or for general maintenance. Can also be used on engine mounts and supports.
Service temperature is 300-350 degrees F. Reduction: Thin to correct spray viscosity with #257 Enamel Thinner (approximately 20% reduction). Application: Spray two coats. Allow to dry to the touch between coats. Note: D-5973 Continental Gold can appear silver but when it dries, in the light it will have a gold tint to it. |
