Overview

This HD image quality borescope offers 360° all-way rotating articulation. The articulation allows you to maneuver or steer the tip of the probe. This is an essential feature for aviation borescope inspections while inspecting turbine blades. This is also a valuable option for other nondestructive test inspections as it allows you to view the full view of the inspection area without having to disassemble the finished product.

Industrial video endoscope, also known as borescope inspection camera, is a visual nondestructive testing equipment, which is used in a various industrial application, such as aircraft engine inspection and maintenance, engine inspections, facility maintenance, automobile engine inspection and maintenance, oil and natural gas pipeline inspection and maintenance, etc., to provide the image quality and beneficial inspection solution for nondestructive testing.

The foundation of our borescope is slim and maneuverable insertion tube. The outside construction of the insertion tube is braided with hardened stainless-steel metal, which is designed not only to protect the internal components of the borescope but also provide a rugged exterior for your daily borescope inspections. The external metal braid is for tensile resistance and provides resistance to oil and water resistance to IP67 waterproof.

The responsive articulation on this aviation borescope is cable guided which allows you to feel when there is resistance while articulating. Some borescope manufacturers utilize electronically assisted articulation to control the tip of the probe. We feel that the cable guided articulation offers the trained borescope professional to feel when there is resistance and abate the inspection when there is resistance.

The best borescopes or HD inspection cameras have become must-have tool for tradesmen and professionals to inspect turbine blades, airframe, bores, and castings without removing or disassembling the finished component. They are also inspection tools for mechanics and car enthusiasts, as they provide a clear view of the hard-to-reach areas of the engine or frame without hours of dismantling.

An HD borescope provides a lot of flexibility and the options to choose from have become overwhelming. That’s why this high definition borescope is the best borescope for your application.

Whether you’re tracing an oil leak, unblocking a drain, or checking wall cavities, the applications for this tiny camera are nearly limitless. We’re all familiar with the medical uses of endoscopes, so this is the same concept extended to everyday industrial and repair work.

Borescopes and inspection cameras can come in many forms. Some have a rigid arm with a fixed camera, a flexible arm, a soft bendy wire-like extension, or a mixture

The lens of our portable videoscope is made of scratch resistant sapphire glass, with optimum viewing. The adhesives used at the borescope tip are designed to withstand exposure to water and oil during your inspection. Submersion of the borescope tip is not recommended especially at deep depths as the borescope tip, lessees and adhesives are not designed for that specific inspection.
