Continental Service Bulletin SB03-03 was incorporated into Continental Maintenance Publication M-0, Standard Practice for Spark Ignited Engines, sections 6-4.11.2 and 6-4.11.3. Detailed instructions for using this E2M tester are in section 6-4.11.2.1. Incorporation of this Service Bulletin into the manufacturers current maintenance manual makes inspection with one of these tools a legal requirement for anyone conducting a 100-hr or annual inspection.
