Q: Will the Warplanes Ceiling Fan P-40 Tiger shark work with 240V for Europe?

Per the manufacturer, these fans are designed for 110V only.

Q: Can this fan be mounted on the wall? So that the fan blades are in the vertical position?

This ceiling fan is designed for ceiling mount with the blades in a horizontal position. It should be possible to install it on a wall but it is outside of the designed mounting so it would be at your own risk.

Q: Do these have an outdoor use rating? Looking to use in an open air bar under a covered roof.

No, this is intended for indoor use only.
