Commando Wire Saw 24 Saw Edge

June 17, 2021

The wire saw Im sure would cut a 4 tree at ground level but I was trying to cut a 4 limb about 15 in the air. Threw a line over the limb and pulled the saw up over the limb and started cutting back and forth. About 2 into the limb the tension was so great it must have exceeded the 100 lb. limit. The ring hooks on the end of the wire broke loose and my saw was stuck in the limb so I had to get on a tall ladder with a pole saw which was dangerous to retrieve the saw once the limb fell.
