As a Fleet Service Clerk I use this adapter (Splitter) on CRJ-900s and CRJ-700s to communicate to the Pilot Durning push out operations. Works great with the single jack David Clark head set that we use.
It does what it is supposed to. Made my single plug comtronics to dual plug. It is made really good and heavier cable than I expected.

This adapter is meant to be used on headsets from comtronics which use the ultralight plug (0.25 inch) to dual GA but the headsets do come with electret mics.
