First of all the nasal stems that go up inside your nose are first, so long and wide and thick, you actually get sores in your nostrils. Even using a solvent in your nostrils don,t help, too big for the nostril.. hopefully one day you,s will invent a softer cannula for up in the nose..

You would have to have a flow meter between the regulator and the cannula per the vendor but it should work.
