Great to have - keeps all checklists together in one place.
I would rate this higher, except for the fact that it has Vspeed error that could be dangerous if not recognized. Specifically, on page 9 TAKEOFF CRUISE is lists Vx as 45kias/52mph. However on back page it lists Vx as 52kias/60mph. Seems the latter is more likely to be correct, and the former, if used in performance take-off would put one dangerously close to low altitude stall...
