Overview

This navy blue carpet can be placed on the wing prior to boarding which will protect both the wing and the aircraft interior. This mat rolls up easily for storage in the aircraft and an attached elastic band keeps it rolled up. The rubber backing is perfect for use on low wing aircraft. Three sizes available.

This is just what I needed for my RV-8. It provides a surface with secure footing and the backing keeps it from slipping on the wing. It is very lightweight and rolls up small for stowing in the plane after climbing in. Well-made and economical. Ill probably order another one for the other side.

Q: What is the weight and rolled-up dimensions of each size wing mat?

For the small (10.5 x 36): Weight is approx 1.3 lbs. Rolled up length is about 11.5", circumference rolled up is about 15".
For the large mat (21 x 48): Weight is approx 3.5 lbs. Rolled up length is about 22", circumference rolled up is about 15.5".
