Overview

With this popular 2602 Rivet Gun, it's now much lighter and features parts that are interchangeable with Chicago Pneumatic X-Guns. Of course, it still has the same great control that has made our 2602 gun so popular. Excellent teasing throttle for slow starts (so that you don't work harden the rivet before it is set), and enough power to drive 3/16" aluminum (1/8" steel) rivets. This gun is so controllable you can properly buck rivets as small as 3/32" or as large as 3/16". This tool is recommended by many of the kit manufacturers such as the RV-4, Thorp T-18, and the Midget Mustang. 0-2600 BPM, 3CFM required at 90 psi, .401 shank. 4lbs shipping weight.

I was disappointed that a swivel fitting or any fitting didn’t come with kit (as a kit is usually complete unit) which is what I thought I’d ordered. Now more shipping costs will be incurred.

Q: Hi, your other rivet guns you list as 2x, 3x etc. - what is this gun? Without that I cannot compare like for like. Thanks

Per the vendor, this gun is equivalent to a 3x gun.

Q: Will this ATS aircraft rivet gun #2602 do brass rivets?

This will do most solid rivets. You will need to regulate the air control at the gun for each type and size rivet being used.

Q: Where is this made?

These are made in the USA.
