Received the jig but seems no drill bits. Called Spruce and was told to remove the end bushing. The 2 drills are stored in the passage. Good customer service.

No, this unit is for standard size bolts, not metric.
This unit is designed to drill a hole in the center of the head. Part number 12-15349 (See Alternate Items) can drill diagonal per the description.
The ports are not threaded, so as long as the bolt you have fits the hole, you will be able to insert the bolt and drill the head of the bolt with this jig
