This switch is a must have if you have a ELT345. It is super easy to install. It only has 2 wires that connect to it. Only negative is that it is pricy and somewhat large. It takes up a fair amount of panel space. They sell a narrow switch that looks similar if space is a problem.

Didnt need it turns out avionics guru inadvertently switch wires while doing work on the system, so was able to use the old switch. (There is a diode in the switch so wiring matters.) Aircraft Spruce was great on taking the return.
