Yes, the GAP 26 is multi voltage.
No regulator is required, see part number 11-12973 for GAP 26 with regulated heater. This is an experimental instrument, no 8130's are available.
The pitot tube provides airspeed information. No 8130's forms are available as this is intended for experimental aircraft only.
No, Dynon recommends using the Dynon pitot tube, like part #10-02158, with their system.

Unfortunately that part is no longer available and there is no replacement at this time. The q&a with that part number have been revised or removed.
Part # 11-11449 is GAP 26 heated unregulated pitot tube 14v.
Per the G3X manual, pn 010-01074-10 (11-11449) may be connected to either 14v or 28v.
