Great solution for adding an additional headset to your intercom system. Installed this in a Cessna Citation Mustang and it worked perfectly over a 5 day period of approximately 25 hours during proving runs with the FAA. Highly recommend!

Works as advertised. I bought one from Amazon and the rear (longer one for back seater) microphone wouldnt work. They could hear but not speak. This one worked perfectly for my 1968 piper Cherokee to add a 3rd headset to the plane. Plugged it into the right side jacks. Happy with the product.

The PA-72S will not eliminate the need for an intercom. It is just an adapter that allows 2 sets of headsets to be plugged in to one set of jacks. If plugged in to a radio without an intercom, the 2 headsets will not be able to speak to each other but both would be able to transmit and receive through the radio.
This adapter Converts one set of radio or intercom mic and phone jacks into two sets meaning that you would now be able to talk to the 2 other headset users just as you did with the co-pilot side originally.
Approx 64 inches long.
Yes, as this has an input for the microphone.
