Per the manufacturer, the voltage on this item depends on the power supply. If the power supply is 14 volts, then this light will produce 14 volts.
Yes, the A625 series does require a seperate power supply. Please see the Drawing and Additional Details sheet in the "Documents" tab of this web page for dimensional info as well as the replaceable flash tube assembly.
