With an exceedingly low profile and a contoured locking head, the Cobra® configuration is safer, more flexible and stronger than existing cable ties. Safer because the (often barbed) stub is captured below the outer surface of the tie. |

Ive been using these Cobra ties for a couple of years now and have found them to be tough and easy to use. I especially like the low profile clasp. Once it is cinched down you just cut off the excess strap and the remaining edge retracts neatly into a well in the clasp so there are no sharp edges protruding. No risk of drawing blood when working around these ties.
This is easily one of the most worthless items in Aircraft Spruces catalog. It will not cinch up tight and there is no way of holding it to do so. I had high hopes these ties would produce a superior bond but, it is a complete failure. So far, I cant understand why Aircraft Spruce would still sell such an inferior product. Steer clear.
