$156.75/Each
Part# 10-01425
MFR Model# 010-124-0

Overview

Superior to any other type of pyrometer available. Unlike competing brands, these units are temperature compensated. That is, when the ambient temp. changes, MIRCO-1000 pyrometers still read the same. And we guarantee that, when properly installed, these pyrometers will be accurate within 2%. Like other Micro1000 gauges, these units come with our standard 2-year warranty. Order gauges, probes, and extension leads separately. Scaled 0-600 F.

Reviews

The terminals on my Micro 1000 gauge end of the extension lead were crimped on incorrectly... i.e. the red negative wire had the terminal that only fit the positive gauge connection and, of course, the purple positive wire had the terminal that only fit the negative gauge connection. (one side is male, other side female). I had to snip off the incorrect terminals on the extension leads and crimp on the correct ones, I hooked them back up (in correct order) to the CHT gauge, and voila! the gauge worked. I still give this product 5 stars because of its quality and accuracy!

It is great to be able to afford a CHT gauge that is compensated for ambient temperature. Thank you for carrying it! Van Baehr

Initial installation instrument read 200 degrees in 60 degree hangar. Almost any heat applied to probe would send it off scale to high side. Returned instrument for evaluation. Two months later received instrument that seems to work. No idea if the replaced instrument or repaired the one we sent in.

Q: Do I have to order the probes separately for the Micro 1000 CHT?

You must order the probes for the micro 1000 CHT separately. They come in 10, 12, 14, and 18mm.

Q: Other than than mounting design, are there any mechanical of functional differences between the 2 1/4 square mount and the 2 inch round gauges?

No, only the size and mounting design are different.

Q: Does the 2-1/4 square gage have a round bezel with a square mount that can be mounted into a round 2-1/4 hole?

The 2-1/4" gauge is a standard 2-1/4" round bezel with the 2-5/16" square plate for mount in a round hole.

Q: It is well indicated that the CHT guage Micro 1000 does not come with the cylinder probe, but does it come with a the lead between the guage and the probe?

No, it does not come with the lead. You will need to purchase that separately. 10-01442 is a 7ft lead and 10-01443 is the 15 ft lead.

Q: Does the Micro 1000 need 12 volts to operate? Will it work properly in an aircraft without an electrical system?

It will work fine in an aircraft without an electrical system.

Q: Is this Micro 1000 gauge TSOd? And, is the extension wire TYPE K?

These are not TSOd and the probe and extensions are type E.
