Easy to apply. Seems to work as advertised. Looks nice, Reminds me of Fast Wing which is no longer manufactured.
It works ok, but no better than Turtle Wax Rubbing compound which is much less expensive.

As long as the topcoat of the fabric covered part is fully cured, it can be used.
In general, polishes are applied after the surface has been washed and is free of any dirt.
