Paint came in appropriate packaging on time, but there arent any instructions included for the paint to catalyst ratio.....so I havent applied it.

This is not a tooling gel coat, but it can be used.
Wax is not needed for this gel coat, it will cure with a hard surface. It does require MEKP to catalyze it. We do offer surface curing agent, 01-07100, which is used with polyester resin that does not already have wax mixed in the resin.
Yes, this is sprayable. 2.0-2.5 is most common, based off the gun, HVLP can be 35-59 psi.
