Great modern replacement for 5404, but I wish it came in something other than a simple sealed can. Be aware there is no lid or opening so once you break it open (can opener or other) its open - and youll need either an empty and *clean* quart can (Lowes) or some other container to put it in to keep it sealed. Seems like a simple thing, but when it costs you an hour to run to Lowes to get an empty (and CLEAN) can, it is annoying.
Excellent Product and as always Great Customer Service.
As a Vans RV owner I noticed a change in my original 5606 brake fluid and have heard that 5606 if left with bleeding brakes can change from the heat the brakes naturally develop. 782 is a synthetic replacement and compatible with 5606, although I suggest to completely replace it in the system. It has a very high flash point and does not gel or lose its consistency. Lower maintenance and brake reliability is too important.
Excellent product, came highly recommended.
excellent product, recommended by Vans for the RVs.
