DC Thermals heaters are hand built in the USA with only the very best parts, motors, and wire. The heaters are not constructed of snap together plastic, and cheap internal parts. They are constructed with DC Thermals own heater housings out of vinyl clad aircraft aluminum which is riveted together. DC Thermals heaters are designed to last you a lifetime, not a season. DC Thermal heaters will work in any vehicle with a DC electrical system from 12- 48 volts including cars, trucks, vans, busses, heavy equipment. DC Thermals heaters aren’t your average heater. They offer the ultimate in durability and reliability and excel in the harshest possible environments.
The new Brushless SA series line of heaters are based on DC Thermals proven Stealth series, but with a newly designed brushless fan. The brushless cabin heater design has proven to work well with sensitive electronics found in some of todays equipment. The brushless design has proven to have very little EMI noise when tested on a scope. RuCar vacuum sealed elements are featured in the brushless design as well as DC Thermal's own RuCar vibration dampeners. The Stealth Brushless series has a newly designed fan and motor assembly as well as a complete new mounting system. The Stealth SA is the perfect choice for the person who wants to add reliable INSTANT heat in just a few minutes. No water lines to run, fittings to install or worry about a corroded core down the road, and most importantly INSTANT HEAT, INSTANT DEFROST. No warm up time! These heaters are available from 12-48 volts, and different wattages as well. The Stealth heater is simple to install and can be operational in minutes. Measuring only 6" long and 5" tall, our Stealth heater will fit in virtually any small space. RuCar elements allow the heaters to be mounted vertically OR horizontally which allows even a tighter mounting space. The Stealth heaters feature RuCar elements which have been tested to have a life expectancy of 10,000 hours, are vacuum sealed, and are exclusive to DC Thermal. RuCar elements operate at temperatures in excess of 650 degrees, are up to 300% more efficient than standard alloy heater elements. |

When I run it on high, 30 amps the positive wire gets really hot. I think if I left in on for very long it would melt the insulation off the positive wire coming out of the heater. I used a 8 gauge wire 5’ foot long direct to battery running through a 80 amp relay
