Overview

This book was published in the mid-1970's by an Acro Duster Too SA750 builder about his experiences in building and flying a classic homebuilt aircraft. This manual was written to assist homebuilders in the methods and problems inherent with the construction of steel tube frame and wood wing aircraft of all designs. It is an excellent book full of good information and photos, and credits Stolp Starduster Corp. for their support and guidance all those years ago, at Flabob Airport.

Reviews

This publication has lots of good information in it but it is not a complete build manual. You will get lots of tips and some pretty good photos of the construction process. I like the fact that the author does point out common areas where mistakes are often made. It is well worth the money. It is printed on quality paper but you do have to bind it yourself, I used the metal rings like I use on my checklists. It works fine for keeping it together and for laying it flat on the workbench while open to your desired page.

This item is described as a book. Generally one thinks of a book as a collection of pages bound into a -- well, a BOOK. What I got was a bag of pages. No binding. Just a stack of paper! Now I have to go pay somebody to make it into a BOOK. Pretty shoddy.
